| RBAF COMMANDER CONVENED A VIDEO CONFERENCE WITH COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF OF THE ROYAL CAMBODIAN ARMED FORCES | BOLKIAH GARRISON, Wednesday, 03 March 2021 – Major General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Hamzah bin Haji Sahat, Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF), convened a video conference with General Vong Pisen, Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF) in preparation for the upcoming 18th ASEAN Chiefs of Defence Forces’ Meeting (ACDFM-18). Also present were the RBAF Chief of Staff, Director of Intelligence and Head of Secretariat of the ACDFM-18.
